Early Childhood Advisory Council

The Early Childhood Advisory Council for Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas provides a platform for members from various backgrounds to contribute to strategies to improve, sustain, and support the quality of care and the child care workforce. 

The council is made up of a wide array of entities and individuals engaged and interested in early childhood. The West Central Texas council has members representing licensed child care centers, current or former child care service families, Child Care Service board staff, a board member from the Workforce Solutions West Central Texas Board, as well as other stakeholders that represent the interests of the children and families that are served by the child care workforce. 

Upcoming Meetings

The Early Childhood Advisory Council for Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas meets virtually at Noon (12:00) CST on the 2nd Thursday of the following months:

  • March
  • June
  • September
  • December
