to assist in evaluation and securing of lease space in Abilene, Brownwood, Sweetwater, and Snyder, TX
The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board (Board) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms that are licensed to provide agent/broker services for commercial real estate in the State of Texas.
The Board is seeking an agreement with a firm or individual that will perform an extensive review of our current lease agreement and space in Abilene, Texas to determine the availability and cost of comparable properties that meet the Board’s criteria. Additionally, a firm or individual will be selected to assist the Board in identifying potential lease space options in Brownwood, Snyder, and Sweetwater, Texas that meet the Board’s requirements. Interested parties may submit a proposal for services in all (4) identified markets or a particular market(s).
Timeline:
RFQ published: Monday, January 6, 2020
Written questions due: by 5pm on January 17, 2020
RFQ responses due: by 12pm on Monday, January 27, 2020
Extended response deadline: no later than 12:00pm on Friday, February 7, 2020
Anticipated contract period: February 14, 2020 through December 31, 2020
