The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is soliciting proposals for lease space for a Workforce Solutions Center office to be located in Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals to lease existing space, renovate existing space, and/or construct a facility that can be leased in whole or part to the Board.
The Board is currently leasing 2601 square feet space at 1105 Bell Street, Sweetwater, Texas, Nolan County. The Board is seeking approximately 2,200 to 3,000 square feet in a new or remodeled property within the city limits of Sweetwater, Nolan, Texas that is easily accessible to the public. The Workforce Solutions Center currently houses four staff on a daily basis and serves an average of 20 to 30 customers per day
Services include access to resource areas with computers, fax machines, copiers and printed materials; workshops, assessments and training and training courses offered in large and small group settings in a classroom or computer lab, career counseling services offered in small group or one-on-one settings; and hiring events that allow for group and individual interviewing by employers.

All responses must be postmarked no less than two business days prior to the due date to be considered as received on time. If submitted in hard copy, one original and two (2) copies of each proposal must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after the indicated time and date will not be accepted or considered for award. Timely delivery of proposals to the Board offices or via email is the sole responsibility of the proposer.
