The purpose of this Request for Quotes is to
establish a contract for janitorial services at the following locations:
Brownwood Workforce Center, 2202 Hwy 377 South,
Brownwood, Texas 76804
Snyder Workforce Center, 1912 37th Street,
Snyder, Texas 79549
Sweetwater
Workforce Center, 1105 Bell Street, Sweetwater, Texas 79556
Bidders may choose to bid on 1 (one) OR all 3 (three) facilities. Prior to submitting a bid,
bidders are encouraged to inspect the location(s) covered under this invitation
for bid in order to fully determine the size and amount of work required to be
performed. Failure to do so will not disqualify bid. To inspect location(s), contact
Steve Collins,
Business Resource Consultant at (325) 795-4304, Monday through Friday between 8:00
AM and 5:00 PM.
Quotes will be accepted through U.S Postal or other
delivery service, in person, or electronically at on or before submission deadline. Faxed copies will NOT be accepted.

| Vendor is required to carry Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with minimum bodily injury combined single limit of $25,000 for each occurrence and property damage limits of $25,000 for each occurrence to include Premises-Operations, Property Damage, Personal Injury and Contractual Liability Coverage. If the insurance policies are not written for the amount specified above, the vendor is required to carry an Excess Liability insurance policy for any difference in the amounts specified. Vendor must also have in place a bond covering employees against dishonesty and/or theft while on the premises. The vendor will be responsible for any deductible amounts stated in the policies. The vendor shall not cause any insurance to be cancelled nor permit any insurance to lapse.
