Job Responsibilities:
- Review and follow up on progress notes and behavior reports
- In-service preparation and follow up ensuring all in-services are signed and returned
- Collecting monthly data from each assigned home and compiling data into spreadsheet
- Completes survey prep and is knowledgeable of what homes are due for survey
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in nursing, psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or a related-human-services filed
- At least 1 year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities
Salary: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
