Area Operations Manager - Home Care

Rate: $75k - $80k / year

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Territory Coverage: Central TX Branches

Area Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or individually conduct projects that require data & financial analysis, financial modeling, and presentation with a focus on solutions and drivers of the data.
• Independently collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data to support customer or project objectives. * complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
• Plan and complete assigned work with high quality, on time and on budget. May include leading and/or mentoring other others across the organization. May act as an engagement leader on smaller client projects.
• Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations. Proactively identify customer or product needs and assist in developing solutions.

Area Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Three years of branch or center supervisory experience required.
• Multi - site management required.
• Three years of direct P & L responsibility required.
• One or more years of Business Development responsibility required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
