Personnel Services is looking for a thermoforming Operator in Brownwood, TX. For Monday thru Thursday from 5:00 pm - 3:30 am, mandatory overtime as needed with train on 1st shift 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
$17.71 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Programs, or manually controls, forming procedure in vacuum forming various sized acrylic sheets; including oven temperature, oven time, and vacuum pressure
Aligns and positions proper forming rack and framing as required
Transports acrylic sheets to holding fixtures on line
Cleans and prepares tooling and acrylic sheets for vacuum forming
Aligns and positions aluminum tooling
Transports aluminum tooling to and from storage rack to thermoformer
Perform preventive maintenance tasks daily
Practice and follow all required safety regulations
Records and serializes pieces formed, daily
Maintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps material, equipment, etc in clean working condition
Repetitive heavy lifting
Performs other duties as assigned by supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to undergo further in-house technical training
Must have the ability to operate equipment with controls and settings and typical manufacturing equipment, including forklift
Must have knowledge of common materials and production methods
Computer skills required
