The primary responsibilities will be to deliver world class results in EHS relative to product ownership (for example: life cycle, environmental compliance, air, water, waste, TSCA, Industrial Hygiene, etc), Quality improvement via PPU (process & product understanding) and COPQ reduction, Service to customer via speed of value stream, Growth planning, and Cost reduction. Additionally, the Value Stream Manager will develop manufacturing strategies for Lean Six Sigma, a high-performance workforce, capital equipment planning, technology advancement implementation, and employee and leadership development within their area of responsibility. The Value Stream Manager will ensure alignment between the business priorities and deployment of technical resources. They will be responsible for employee development and advancing a climate of diversity and inclusion.

- Environmental Health & Safety: end to end product waste reduction, water usage reduction, energy reduction, management of change, all EHS aspects related to managing product portfolio for safe & sustainable value streams within the plant.
- Focus on customer satisfaction via value stream improvement: meeting customer milestones, quality deliverables, RM supplier management and improvement, customer visits & interactions Create & maintain plans to work with all key customers.
- Driving PPU, COPQ, RTT (run to target), & DPPM. Respond and develop root cause and corrective actions for customer complaints.
