The Automotive Technology Program at Texas State Technical College is currently seeking a Dual Enrollment Instructor. Do you have a passion for making a difference in a student's life? A principal responsibility of the Dual Enrollment Instructor will be to carry out the responsibilities of Texas State Technical College involving the delivery of dual credit classes, whereby participants receive college credit for coursework completed while in high school, and work toward completion of community college, CTE degrees and certificates and preparation for advanced degrees. This position will work collaboratively with Texas State Technical College and staff to improve the success, retention and completion of participants in dual enrollment and CTE programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with career and technical education.
- Familiarity with CTE curriculum development and alignment.
- Valid Texas Teaching Credential.
- Meet faculty credentialing requirements in accordance with Southern Association of Colleges and
- Schools (SACS): Bachelor's degree in the discipline or an associate's degree plus demonstrated competencies in the discipline.
