Elwood Staffing in Abilene is hiring for a Material Field Testing Technician to work in Snyder, Texas.  This associate will be located on a construction project site to perform Quality Assurance testing of construction materials.

Responsibilities:

Perform soil, concrete, asphalt and masonry testing

Complete daily report of observation and accurately record test results

Monitor work procedures for compliance with project specifications

Professional communication with client representatives

Recording and communication to the project supervisor and client any deviations from the specifications

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and good driving record

High ethical standards

Regular lifting up to 50 pounds

Work environment primarily at construction sites with the possibility of challenging terrain and outdoor weather conditions
