The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board (Board) is soliciting proposals for the consultation and development of our organization’s marketing plan guiding strategic outreach and communication of programs/services/events throughout the 19-county region.
Interested parties may view and download a copy of the RFP.. Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted via e-mail to rfp@workforcesystem.org by 4:00PM (CST) on Monday, April 15, 2019. The deadline for submission of proposals is Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 4:00PM (CST). Proposals will only be accepted via e-mail and must be submitted to rfp@workforcesystem.org. Electronic submissions must include one (1) complete proposal with authorized signatures in PDF format, and one (1) additional copy in Microsoft Word format. Proposals received after the deadline or submitted via private or public mail carrier, courier service, fax, or hand delivered will not be considered.
This project/program is funded in whole or in part with federal funds.

- The dollar amount of Federal funds for the project or program is $1,985,718.
- The percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by non-governmental sources is 14% and $12,075,011.
