Job duties will include:
Performs complex (journey-level) social service or case management work involving the care and community reintegration of youth who have been adjudicated delinquent of felony offenses, committed to the agency by a juvenile court, and placed directly in a low to medium security halfway house or placed in a halfway house as a gradual transition from a TJJD high-security correctional facility back into their home community.
Experience:
Five years of full-time wage earning experience that may be any combination of the following:
1) Coordinating community resources, case management, or medical services, which may include services for at risk or disadvantaged populations;
2) Experience in an adult or juvenile correctional, mental health, or detention setting; or 3) Experience in the health care field or involving review of medical records.
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary:
$2,595.33 /Month and $2,895.17 /Month (Base Salary)
