Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises staff and inmates assigned to general maintenance of physical plant; plans, schedules and coordinates maintenance and/or new construction activity
- Evaluates maintenance needs and determines best method of repair or installation; outlines and directs a preventive maintenance program
- Assists in preparation of budget estimates; maintains records and conducts correspondence related to work; maintains special security for all tools, equipment, chemicals, etc. which may be used as weapons.
