Job Description 

• This position reports to the MH Program Director.
• This position is responsible for coordinating services with other Center staff, outside agencies, and civil authorities to provide services for individuals on the LOC 1-3.
• This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining an up-to-date community resource network.
• Services are provided in the office, community, and at other sites in the Center catchment area (Taylor, Jones, Callahan, Stephens, and Shackelford Counties).
• Services and documentation of those services will follow all state and federal standards, including Medicaid requirements.
• This position must consistently maintain monthly performance targets. 

Pay: 

• $31.88 - $35.00 per hour, depends on experience
