Job Description:

This person assists the Division Director to coordinate the activities of the Municipal Development District (MDD); assists with the administration of the MDD program including prospect development; business/industry contacts; negotiates to encourage location and expansion in Brownwood; assists in the administration of the Hotel Occupancy Tax funds to attract tourists to Brownwood. Provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Brownwood Municipal Development District and City staff when needed.  

Salary:  $70,000.00 - $85,000.00/Year (Depending on Experience)
