Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Abilene, Texas. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will focus on providing onsite mechanical support, guidance and assistance during all plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• A focus on Safety First, Always!
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Responsible for processing work orders, data collection and statistical analysis
• Perform mechanical or technical training as needed to areas within the plant that are identified as developmental opportunities
• Responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance, including diagnostics, reporting and repairs
• Work alignment with and support Bandag Mission, Core Values, Quality Statements and Plant Mission Statement

Pay Range: 

• $32.89 - $39.25 / hour
