Executive Director

Position Overview:
- We are looking to hire a qualified Executive Director to manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive Christian learning environment for pre-K children.
- The Executive Director will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with state and federal regulations, ensure the facilities are maintained, hire and manage staff, and manage the center's financial affairs.
- The Executive Director should have a love for children and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children.
- Ensure the center maintains minimum standards requirements including with Texas Rising Star.
- Oversee the coordination of the educational curriculum with the assistance of staff.
Required Qualifications. Skills, and Competencies:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Director certification preferred.
Salary: $52,000 per year
