RM Auto & Trans in Abilene, Texas is looking to fill a Transmission & Auto Tech position.
Job Duties:
Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment.
Repair or rebuild transmissions.
Remove and reinstall transmissions.
Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.
Maintain a clean work area, following all safety standards.
All other job-related duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- 5 years of Auto Tech experience (preferred)
- Must have own hand tools (power tools and shop tools provided)
Benefits:
- Full-time employment
- Flag hours (commissioned based)
- $35 - $40 DOE (flat rate)
