POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of HR Business Partners (HRBP) will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with a single site location on strategic initiatives. This role will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This position will lead a team of HR professionals and will be accountable for employee performance, development, and goal achievement.

CORE FUNCTIONS

• Serve as an HR business partner to various levels of the management teams for a single site location.
• Implement and communicate company-wide initiatives and changes.
• Provide counsel on matters of employee and organizational policies and procedures.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives to ensure the organization has the right people, right structure, and right processes to drive short and long-term business success.

Salary:  $71,636.00/Year - $153,108.00/Year
