CNC/Lathe Machinist
The CNC Machinist is responsible for the production of precision machining and assembly equipment. This is a full-time position located in Sweetwater, TX.
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in the use of CNC machines.
- Vocational / technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum (2) two years of experience with CNC machined parts and/or manufacturing, or equivalent combination of education and training (either directly or through an accredited program).
Desired Skills:
- Ability to operate various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail a must.
- Prolonged periods of standing and bending required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of CNC machine operation, including cutting and finishing parts.
- Ensure proper tooling is used with precision tools such as saws, mills, etc.
- Inspects machinery for any needed repairs; perform minor repairs within expertise.
Salary $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
