Provide centralized administrative support activities for multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately verify, update, and process purchase agreements, scheduling, vendor payments and invoices.
- Ensure professional and courteous correspondence with internal and external customers and vendors via phone and email.
- Perform accurate recordkeeping duties, system entries, and updates. Coordinate work with others and communicate effectively to accomplish required job duties and responsibilities.
- Keep and maintain records of projects via electronic methods and Excel spreadsheets.
- Timely and accurate process completion. Monitor and verify processes for errors. Achieve internal customer service satisfaction.
- Assist with internal customer service duties with Mueller sales staff.
- Assist and coordinate with Marketing regarding travel arrangements for trade shows.
- Learn to use department specific software including ACT and MBS Mini - training to be provided.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three (1 - 3) years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer software including Microsoft Office and Windows 10 is preferred.
- Ability to process financial and administrative transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
