Client Account Specialist
Job Description:
- The Client Account Specialist (CAS) is responsible for providing quality customer service to consumers, visitors, staff, and to any customers of the Betty Hardwick Center.
- The CAS will treat all consumers with dignity and respect and will assist with providing a treatment environment that is comfortable and safe, including face to face and telephone contacts.
- Daily service functions and other duties as assigned must be completed in a timely, organized, and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Customer service/receptionist experience.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and be an insurable driver.
Salary Range: $13.00 - $14.15 per hour, depending on experience.
