GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs complex (journey-level) human resources management work. Work involves administering the agency recruitment program through actively recruiting potential agency staff and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Works in coordination with human resources and other program areas to hire and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Requires travel and ability to work in excess of 40 hours per work week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of full-time wage earning experience in sourcing and recruiting for rehabilitation/treatment services to youth or adults in a residential setting, treatment, or correctional program (e.g., correctional officer, case manager, counselor, probation, or parole officer), or human resources managerial position which included the oversight of recruitment, selection, and hiring.

Experience and Education Substitutions:
- Completed undergraduate course hours may be substituted for up to one year of experience, on a basis of 30 completed undergraduate course hours for one year of experience.
- Experience requirements may be satisfied by the prorated part-time equivalent.
Note: Any degree, diploma, high school equivalent, or course hours required to meet minimum qualifications must be obtained from an accredited educational institution.
Salary (Pay Basis): $4,300.00 - $4,300.00 (Monthly)
