A Head Start Assistant Teacher is responsible for performing quality teaching and learning services for children by providing a successful, safe and supervised environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, language and cognitive development of all children.
Preferred qualifications: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field and previous teaching experience
Must be certified in Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 30 days of employment
• Need intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office, internet use, data entry and email
