Customized Training
Assistance is available for customized training, including on-the-job training for individual workers or or customized programs designed for groups of new and incumbent workers.

State Grants
State grants such as the Self-Sufficiency Fund or the Skills Development Fund allow for longer training periods and larger grant requests. State grants require partnership with a local community, technical college or the Texas Engineering Extension Service.
