The world of work is full of exciting opportunities for today's youth! The WOW Youth Expo features a keynote speaker, 100+ engaging exhibitors from business/industry, post-secondary schools, and regional organizations, as well as mock interviews for junior and senior students. This event provides students in 8th-12th grade a unique opportunity to engage with exhibitors from a variety of career clusters and perhaps help them identify or verify their career pathway!
Last year's event connected over 2,300 students with 78 exhibitors and we're looking forward to an even bigger event this year! Watch last year's video to see this great event in action!

2017 Event Info
Wednesday, November 15th
10:00am - 2:00pm (We ask that booths be setup by 10:00am as students will enter the exhibit hall at 10:15am)
Set-up times: November 14th from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and November 15th from 8:00am - 10:00am
Booth spaces are 10x10 and include 1 table, 2 chairs, WiFi, electricity, continental breakfast, & 2 lunch tickets. The booth fee is $50.00. We welcome employers to bring large, interactive displays; additional booths are available on a limited basis at a reduced cost thanks to a generous sponsor (upon request and subject to approval). If additional lunches are needed, they can be purchased for $10.00. Check out the other exhibitors who will be in attendance!
Make the most of the event! The key to attracting youth to your booth is to have ENGAGING hands-on materials, activities, games, competitions, etc. The more real-world engagement your booth has, the more students will interact. Also, sending representatives who students can relate to is beneficial.
We are also seeking volunteers to serve as mock interviewers for senior students looking to polish their interviewing skills! View the mock interview page for more information.
WOW Student Ambassadors serve as spokespeople for the event. They are the "faces" of the event and will be seen/heard throughout local media outlets as well as serve as leaders during the event. Check back to see who was selected!
